   The Convergence

   Arrival at Gandhinagar (GNC) for the 22-hour overnight train journey to Chandigarh.

2. 2

   The Colonial Capital

   Morning arrival in Chandigarh. Immediate road transfer to Shimla. Evening acclimatization on vehicle-free Mall Road.

3. 3

   The Last Village

   Drive through Kufri and Narkanda along the Indo-Tibet Highway. Cross the Gateway of Kinnaur rock tunnel. Arrive in Chitkul — the last Indian village near the China border.

4. 4

   The Frozen Confluence

   Depart Chitkul towards Nako along the India-Tibet border. Stop at Khab Sangam (Spiti & Sutlej rivers confluence). Visit frozen Nako Lake. Enter Spiti Valley and arrive in Tabo.

5. 5

   Cliff-hanging Sanctuaries

   Himalayan sunrise in Tabo. Ascend to Dhankar Monastery (1,000 years old). Marvel at the Lingti Frozen Waterfall. Dusk arrival in Kaza.

   Kaza to Summit: Part 1

   Visit Langza village with the towering ancient Buddha statue. Explore Komic — world's highest motorable village. Send a postcard from Hikkim's highest post office.

7. 7

   Kaza Summit: Part 2

   Explore Key Monastery — the largest Buddhist lama training center in Spiti. Walk across Chicham Bridge at 13,596 feet.

8. 8

   Kinnaur Kailash Retreat

   Begin descent from Kaza. Arrive in Kalpa by evening. Experience traditional architecture and apple orchards against Kinnaur Kailash backdrop.

9. 9

   Back to Shimla

   Drive from Kalpa through lush greenery. Evening return to Shimla for a final walk on Mall Road.

10. 10

    Journey Home

    Morning transfer to Chandigarh Railway Station. Board overnight DLPC GNC EXP back to Ahmedabad.

11. 11

    Arrival at Ahmedabad

    Arrive with new friendships and full cameras.
